It is suitable for internal doorways, including standard hinged doors and most sliding or bi-fold doors, provided there is a minimum clearance of around 3mm beneath the door.

- 30mm width: Best for same-level hard floors, vinyl or thin, stick-down flooring. Not recommended for fitted carpet with gripper rods.
- 38mm width: A versatile option for mixed flooring types, including carpet with underlay.
- 55mm width: Ideal where flooring build-up is thicker or where height differences approach 10–11mm.

- Drill pilot holes carefully, avoiding underfloor heating
- Screw down firmly so the screw heads sit flush
- When joining two hard floors, allow a 12mm gap for the underside channel
- Ensure the channel is clean before applying the adhesive inlay strip
- Once fitted, the inlay creates a smooth, uninterrupted surface with no visible fixings.
