Product 
• For use when installing carpet using the stretch fit method. 
• Both products are 3mm in thickness, raising the 1mm profile bases up to 4mm.

 • The MDF Spacers or Easywedges are supplied with every order of Double Z, Slim Z, Ali Tramline Z, Square and 
Single profiles. 
• Easywedges and Easychocks are also available for purchase in buckets of 250 or 1000. 
Installation 
• Cut down the spacer and place it under nail holes to achieve a raised base of 4mm. 
• By placing a wedge under each nail hole the profile will raise the back pins up to 4mm, whilst still keeping the leading 
edge of the profile flush to the floor. 
• Easy Wedges can also be used to accommodate various heights when using the Ali Tramline Z, by placing a wedge 
under the anchoring pins the front edge will lower.
