  • The Square trims are smart and secure door thresholds to join a carpet with a hard floorcovering, including stone, real wood, ceramic tiles, laminate.
  • Excellent quality that not only looks smart but is durable and long-lasting.
  • These Square edge carpet trims, otherwise known as the SQ profile, are ideal for joining across doorways or finishing off the edge of a carpet where it butts up against a French door frame or similar.
  • The two floors should be level with each other for the SQ to lie flat. 
  • Available 900mm & 1800mm.

  • The visible bar is 12mm wide (around 1/2").

Fitting Tips

  • Cut to length with a sharp hack-saw.
  • Stick, using a propriety adhesive, nail or screw (avoiding any underfloor heating).
  • Any underlay stops short of the door threshold.
  • Once fitted, the SQ can be 'napped down' with a carpeted wood block, which will give the carpet an extra firm grip and can reduce the height by 3mm.

In these situations the Square Carpet Edge will give you an attractive, clean finish. Choice of specialised finishes: Brushed Chrome, Chrome, Pewter, Polished Nickel, Satin Nickel and Black. Choice of length: 90cm (36"), 180cm (71") and 270cm (106").
