Fitting the Sphere pipe trim

  • The Sphere pipe collar requires 14mm minimum clearance.
  • This design covers a hole up to a maximum of 40mm diameter.

Pipe Collars create a stylish, seamless transition between your floor and radiator pipes, hiding unttractive holes in the floor. They easily slot together via the two dovetail joints and allow the flooring to expand and contract with temperature changes without resistance. These pipe covers are 45mm in diameter and 3mm thick. Tried a few of these as an alternative to horrible plastic clip-around pipe covers. They are very nice indeed. The jigsaw connectors are accurate and the chrome finish very good. There is about 1mm of play around the hole, perfectly acceptable and practical. I personally popped a dab of silicone on each half to keep it in place.
